South Asia Tour & Travel Exchange SATTE 2010 inaugurated by Kumari Selja, India’s Minister for Tourism.

Chief Minister of Delhi, Shiela Dikshit will be the chief guest at the inaugural assembly & Civil Aviation Minister Praful Patel will be the guest of honour.

South Asia Tour & Travel Exchange SATTE 2010 is the biggest and the best organized travel trade show in India and in South Asia.

SATTE Travel Mart 2010 has become a business platform for the professionals of complex industry of travel & tourism.

It has arrived and established itself as a serious business platform for the composite tourism industry.

Tourism as a two-way exchange truly took place between India and Nepal, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Malaysia and Kuwait, all of which brought in buyers and sellers.

According to ADTA statistics, 44,991 of India’s nationals stayed in hotels throughout the emirate in the first nine months of 2009, accounting for almost 4 percent of all hotel guests during that period.

Meanwhile, for the first time, the Arab emirate of Abu Dhabi will feature at this India’s oldest travel and tourism mart this year to promote its niche in the growing luxury tourism market in India.
