Due to the meltdown, company fired 6 employees. It hired business psychologist David Taylor, to boost up the business.
David decided Naked Day of a Friday.
The whole staff consisting of 8-10 people came naked. David never used the naked word, he said we can together work for the betterment of the company.
When the company made good business, it implemented it for full time.
Front office executive Sam Jackson, 23, says that we are now used to see ourselves naked and it has ended our reluctance.
We never came so much closer before. Sam was also completely naked.
