The Maharashtra State capital and India’s financial city Mumbai affected by heavy rainfall have created several of problems for the Mumbaikars and tourists also.

The heavy rains have overflowing approx all the roads with huge water circulation and hundreds of people are jammed in rainwater.

Over hundreds of cars and two wheelers have obscured into water.

According to the media reports, approximately eight people have died due to the heavy rainfall in Mumbai from 14 June to till no 16 June 2010.

Those people are known to die due to the diminishing of a wall in Mumbai.

Several national and international flights have also been delayed due to the massive rainfall.

The Maharashtra State capital city Mumbai’s government departments are taking far-reaching stepladder in regulate to put aside the people from problems by the heavy rainfall in this monsoon season in India on 16th June 2010.

The Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai or the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) (formerly known as the Bombay Municipal Corporation) committee has used many heavy capacity water pumps in regulate to exhaust out the water from the contaminated areas.

The heavy rainfall in Mumbai has already taken lives of several people in the previous years.

Huge number of people has also been affected in the previous year in the Mumbai due to heavy rainfall.

The resident of Mumbai has demanded to the Maharashtra government to take such actions, which can solve these problems forever.

The sewer should be cleaned before the monsoon season every year but the inefficient staff does not clean these in Mumbai.

Due to the start of the recent monsoon winds in India, the Mumbai Metrological department weather forecast is updating news occasionally.

According to the recent weather forecast reports, the duration of tides has already started from June 13 and going to be end on June 17 2010.
