Miss California USA Pageant Carrie Prejean is being sued by K2 Productions; organizers of the Miss California USA Pageant for the amount they gave her for breast augmentation.
K2 Productions are asking for Miss California USA Pageant Carrie Prejean to return the USD 5,200 it gave her for breast augmentation surgery in a suit that they note is in direct response to a suit Carrie Prejean has lodged against them for dumping her as Miss California.
The complaint also declares that in December 2008 it was Carrie Prejean who spoken her desire for breast expansion, although she ‘did not have the amount to pay for it.’ 
According to the reports, in January 2009, Carrie Prejean and K2 Productions entered into an oral agreement whereby K2 Productions agreed to loan Ms. Prejean money ($5,200) to pay for the breast surgery.
