Meha Bahuguna Died From Drug Overdose in Goa @ Sunburn Beach Festival

Meha Bahuguna, the 23-old-girl basically from Delhi but was worked in Bangalore died from suspected drug overdose at a Goa Sunburn beach festival.

Meha Bahuguna was brought to a private city hospital in a very critical condition on Wednesday, suffered from Bipolar disease making her more susceptible to drug use.

Sources suggest Meha Bahuguna had consumed a hallucinatory drug ‘angel dust’ at the sunburn festival.

Drugs are very easily available at the Sunburn beach festival in north Goa.

Post mortem will take place at the Goa Medical College where Meha Bahuguna’s body has been kept. Her family members are on their way to Goa.

Meha Bahuguna ‘s father said she suffered from Bipolar illness which made her more susceptible to drug use. “She wouldn’t take her medication regularly”, he added.

Meha’s father, Manu Bahuguna, has said he does not suspect foul play and he would not file a complaint. “That’s for the police to do,” he said. But he did voice his disappointment at the rampant availability of drugs in Goa.

Local event management company ‘Lyndon Alves’ has stated that they have CCTV’s and security frisking people for drugs. If someone managed to bring in drugs despite this. We are helpless’.
