Kenneth John Thorpe has been charged with making a death threat against New South Wales Transport Minister David Campbell.
Kenneth John Thorpe, 43, of Eastlakes in Sydney’s southeast, is charged with using a carriage service to deliver a death threat to Mr Campbell on October 9 last year.
He was due in Waverley Local Court today, but sacked his legal aid lawyer and walked out of the court before his matter was heard.
“If they want me they can get a warrant,” he said as he left the court.
The matter was adjourned until February 3.
